Packaging line for medical articles with central palletising

Complete packaging system for various medical articles. The central palletiser is designed for 5 production lines and has an integrated magazine for empty pallets and a film-stretcher for the packed pallets. The pallets are delivered and collected via a system of Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV). On each of the five production lines, cartons are erected, products and leaflets are inserted, the cartons are labelled, checked by camera and closed. The finished cartons are then grouped and packed into transport cartons. Those are also labelled and then fed to the central palletising system.
