Packaging machines and automation on the highest level

For more than 65 years, we design, manufacture, construct, install and service packaging machine systems with our more than 70 highly qualified employees. Our customers are mainly producers of beverages, food and consumer goods. Since 1996 Wilhelm Fischer also produces state-of-the-art automatization systems for mounting and inspection of precision parts.

Education and training at Wilhelm Fischer

Well trained employees are the foundation of our success. More than 40% of our staff started their career with an apprenticeship in our company.

Every two years, we give three or four young people the opportunity to start an apprenticeship.

German school requirements are named, equivalent school exams from other countries are possible but have to be checked.

By the way: in 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012, one of our apprentices was awarded with a state price for his skills.
